My goal is to set up every leader for success in a way that works for them. Everybody's leadership journey is unique. I capitalize on a leader's natural strengths in my consulting and apply them to build a path for success, including a framework that's tailored to support their unique journey.
I use an executive coaching process called PACES (Prepare, Assess, Challenge, Execute, Support):
Prepare – align on the purpose of the coaching experience, why we are here and what success looks like.
Assess – gather data through assessments tools, performance feedback, reflection and one on one interviews to identify strengths and areas of opportunity
Challenge – set goals for growths that utilize strengths, opportunities and real-life experience that push you to the next level of leadership competence and effectiveness
Support – build in sustainability and lasting impact with a defined support plan
