This program is designed for executive leaders in place or for high potential senior leaders getting ready for their next role. The PACES (Prepare, Assess, Challenge, Execute, Support) program utilizes a values-driven, behavior-based, strengths-focused, and results-oriented approach designed to engage and bring out the best in the leader. It is uniquely customized to drive better personal and organizational performance.
PACES is a 5-step program that spans over six months. The first three months are a sprint to build energy and momentum to realize some quick wins, while the final three months focus on digging deep into personal development to create and activate a successful strategy for growth. Suzanne will assist each client as they navigate through the path of defining what success means to them and how they can get there. She knows that a strengths-based approach to behavioral change gets results. Identifying and leveraging strengths while acknowledging and addressing deficits will help leaders reach optimal success.
PACES provides a safe environment for clients to work through stressors and challenges. Suzanne is an accountability partner and will not only keep the process moving forward and challenge each client to work through their areas of opportunities, have difficult conversations, and own their role in growing as a leader. Awareness of a leader's superpowers and blind spots is necessary to understand what makes them unique and what will help them stand out and reach greater success or satisfaction in their work. They will gain greater clarity around their "why" and driving purpose.
Together, the client will collaborate and build a personalized development plan that evaluates their strengths, sets improvement goals, includes an action plan, and develops new interpersonal skills to manage and motivate their teams. They will have the support from their coach and define what is needed from others to realize and sustain success.
